Terra developers have announced a proposal to bring back the Luna ecosystem despite its co-founder, Do Kwon, facing warrant arrest of fraud charges.
The proposal is a revised version of the Terra developer alignment and mining program Terra Expedition. These two programs were launched when the Terra network started. Most of the Luna tokens must be voted in for the proposal to go into effect.
If the new Terra blockchain goes through, it will run its program for four years. The program will be managed by a committee elected by the Terra community and will carry out evaluations on the plan at the end year. The program has three objectives; deepening liquidity, onboarding users, and incentivizing developers to build on Terra.
