Global crypto exchange, Coinbase, identified and implemented solutions to the technical problem that had stopped transactions within US bank accounts.
The problem had caused a temporary halt to payments and withdrawals from Coinbase involving US bank accounts. The exchange came up with the resolution on Sunday and fixed the problem and apologized for the inconvenience.
Before the problem was fixed, clients got anxious and thought their accounts had been hacked. The bank’s technical team gave an assurance that the funds were safe and promised to give an update when the system gets to functionality.
The crypto ecosystem has been experiencing similar technical problems, for instance, the Solana major outage that lasted for about six hours.
